The Lamberton Building is in the heart of the historic shopping district and has been a center of commerce, community activity for more than 150 years. The Lamberton apartments are beautiful. Many feature large rooms, walk-in closets,modern kitchens with custom cabinets and high end appliances, including dishwashers and garbage disposals and some have washer/dryer connections.The building itself is quiet and has security doors that prohibit entrance by anyone but our tenants.  We just finished a brand new coin laundry facility and our tenants love it. .In back of our building is the largest municipal parking lot in downtown Franklin Overall, we think this is the best living environment in downtown Franklin for those who want to be close to the action.

We manage 8 store fronts in downtown Franklin, 2 at the Liberty Building (1243 Liberty Street) and 6 at the Lamberton Building (305 13th Street). These are fabulous locations that are home to the stores in Franklin that draw the most pedestrian foot traffic (more than the Cranberry Mall). Our Lamberton stores have front and back entrances and the rear facades are in the largest public parking lot in town, so everyone who lives and shops in Franklin will see your signage. The stores vary in size from 1,100 to 2,100 square feet and some have full basements.

We rent small indoor shoppes that range from 175 square feet to 650 square feet to launch or expand your small buisness. These are fabulous locations with all inclusive rental packages that bundle your rent, heat, electric, water and garbage for as little as $300 a month. Our current shoppes include a bakery, a BBQ restaurant, a candy store and a pet boutique. They draw lots of pedestrian foot traffic from downtown shoppers as well as the companies that are tenants in our building. We are expanding the number of shoppes for 2021. Don;t miss out!
