Deep Harbour Properties

can help you no matter what your need is.

Shoppes at The Liberty Vault

The lobby of the Liberty Building is home to a small indoor mall, known as the “Liberty Vault” as a tribute to the building history. It accommodates several small retail stores that are accessible to all of our tenants and local shoppers. Our anchor tenant is Verizon Communications, whose store can be accessed directly from our lobby. The small retail spaces are self-enclosed with a locking door. Rent is based on square footage and the leases are all-inclusive, just like our office leases on the upper floors. The retail spaces rent in the range of $350 to $800 a month, which is significantly less expensive than renting a store front in Franklin. A shared ADA accessible bathroom will be available in the Liberty lobby for store employees and shoppers. What a great way to grow your home based business or create a sattelite location.

Historic Preservation
PayPal ButtonPayPal Button

In this unprecedented time of economic challenges for our governmental agencies, funds for the rehabilitation of historic structures are almost non-existent. DHP funnels as much of its corporate funds for historic renovation improvements as we can, but the help we've gotten in the past from public funds in the form of grants is gone. We hope that you might consider donating a few dollars to assist our preservation efforts. 100% of your donations will go to projects that will beautify these historic structures. DHPs works to make our historic buildings vibrant centers of the community. Our work also enables moderate income families to have safe and affordable housing and contribute to the economic growth of the community.
